Refunds and Returns
As we are a small business we do not offer returns or refunds on our book Kenzie and Her Curls. In the case of a damaged book, we will provide an exchange if contacted by the buyer within the 15 day return period. Return shipping is at the buyers expense.
Our refund and returns policy for our Silk Scrunchies is 15 days. If 15 days have passed since your purchase, we unfortunately can not offer you a refund.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Due to hygiene reasons we are unable to accept returns on scrunchies if the package seal has been opened.
You will be eligible for a change of mind exchange if the item is unused and if the package seal has not been opened. Return shipping is at the buyers expense.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds
The refund will be supplied in the same method used originally to pay. For example, if an item was paid for via EFTPOS, the funds will be returned via EFTPOS.
If your refund is being returned electronically, please allow up to 10 business days for the funds to clear in your account. If you have not received your refund after 10 business days please contact us at admin@kenzieandhercurls.com.au
Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. Send us an email of the damage to admin@kenzieandhercurls.com.au and we will inspect and notify you via email.
Shipping returns
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
